Our Leadership Team

Founded in a home as The New Covenant Church in 1981 by our Lead Pastor, Mary Buch,  Breakout Ministries was formed in 2005 and moved from Salunga, PA to its present location at 2400 Anita Court, Leola, PA, 17540.  The dynamic leadership of this husband and wife team is demonstrated in unity and submission to the Holy Spirit’s guidance. While in Uganda in May of 2023 both Ron and Mary Buch received honorary Doctor of Ministry degrees from the Global Bishops, Apostles & Ministers Academy.

Associate Pastor Brenda Keller is a founding member of Breakout Ministries.  Her service includes teaching, hospitality and mentoring young women.

Brenda is also a registered nurse with a master's degree.

John is our "resident" electrical engineer. He teaches our teens, mentors some of the men, manages all of the audio and video architecture and assists with creating and distributing online content and publications. John is an instrument rated private pilot and an amateur radio operator (KB3AX).  A graduate of Marquette University and DeVry Institute of Technology, for a number of years John was a registered professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.

John and his wife Kathy have been married for over fifty-two years.

Carol is our Worship Team leader and is active in a number of key "helps" ministries. 

Carol is an exceptional leader in our teen ministry.

Clare is  our women's ministry leader and extends a warm welcome to ladies who wish to use their giftings to serve effectively in various areas of the church.

Clare is also our Sunday prayer team intercessory leader and invites everyone to pray before each service to open spiritual doors to powerful prophetic worship each week. 

She is an extremely active participant in church texting prayer activity and leads the women's bible studies in her "spare time".

Jeramey is our lead deacon in charge of campus management, security and the usher team.

Jacqueline heads up Hospitality.  Exceptional and tireless, she always seems to know just the right combinations of items to produce delicious offerings!

Rick and Veronica serve in a variety of capacities including Transportation, Children's Ministry and Men's Ministry. They are an integral component of the "glue" that holds Breakout Ministries together!

Pastor Rob is Pastor of Addiction, Recovery and Discipleship.  He and his wife Beth head up Jesus Advantage (JA) a Christian based recovery meeting.  (for more information on JA visit our page under OUTREACH or just push the button below)

Sam is an ordained, licensed Minister of Breakout Ministries. He brings a unique flair to his teachings and serves with his wife on our operations board. 

Sam is a four year graduate of Faith School of Theology, Charleston, ME and he and Bel have celebrated over eighteen years of marriage. 

Sam also served as an associate pastor in Queens Village, NY.

As media director, Staci is responsible for our Sunday morning presentation systems content and assists with children's ministry.  Collaborating with Carol Peters, Staci also leads worship and holds a bachelor's degree in interactive media and web site design.

Grace is our Office Administrator and assists with scheduling and production of our printed materials. 

Along with Terry Stern, Grace administers our event "Kid Check" formal registration process.

Terry serves as missionary to Esther's Heart MInistry in El Salvador. Terry also serves as our outreach coordinator.
